Besides, this is one of the few places that I can go with my 20-year-old daughter where we both like a lot of the same things. Office Depot has toys for both boys and girls. ;o) Sometimes, their price on a piece of computer hardware is the best to be found locally. They also carry some geek gear that the few other major geek-stuff outlets in town don't have. Speaking of kids, It's great for schools supplies of all kinds.

And, of course, they have pretty much every office supply known to man (and woman) plus a wide selection of office furniture. I have found (happily) that the employees are pretty well trained and have a great idea of where everything is kept. We have very rarely looked for anything at Office Depot that we did not find, though it is often faster to ask one of the employees. This place is big!

They have an incredble supply of paper products, especially for computers. The variety of labels, papers, envelopes, etc. is just enormous. Many of the items here can be purchased for a little less on line, though when you add the freight that often isn't true. And even if the total in the store is a dollar or two more, there's a lot to be said for instant gratification.
